Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions control the contractual relationship between any non commercial person wishing to make a purchase on the website (www.houseofase.com) and HOUSE OF ASE.
The products sold by HOUSE OF ASE are those listed on the Website, the day the User visited the Website. The photographs illustrating the products do not enter into the contract. If they present some inaccuracies, the liability of HOUSE OF ASE could not be committed on this ground. In case of the unavailability of a Product following an electronic stock error, HOUSE OF ASE will promptly notify the User.
Pursuant to Article L. 111-1 of the Consumer Code, the User may, prior to his/her order, take note on the Website, of the essential characteristics of the Products they wish to order. The Products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, if errors or omissions may have occurred in this presentation, the responsibility of HOUSE OF ASE could not be committed.
Prices are indicated in Euros. They take into account any deductions and taxes applicable on the date of the order.
All prices are guaranteed within the limits of available stocks save significant charge changes and typographical errors or omissions.
Prices include packing and shipping costs.
HOUSE OF ASE reserves the right to change prices at any time but the products will be billed based on the prices in effect at the time of registration of the order. This is subject, however, to the availability of the products.
Browsing the Website allows the User to read the characteristics, ingredients and functionalities of the different Products available for sale; and to select the Products they want to “add to the basket.”
At any time, the User can modify their cart, continue their order or abandon a current order, without any obligation to make a purchase.
Once the User is satisfied with their Cart and has filled out all the required information, they will click on the “Checkout” button to confirm their order.
The User will then be able to pay the order by credit card or via a PayPal account, being redirected to the PayPal payment platform.
Shipping is free to the EU, the USA, Canada and many other destinations from $80. Otherwise, shipping costs range from $2.95 up to $9.95 worldwide. The costs are automatically updated in the cart when shipping country is entered.
All orders placed before 12pm will be processed the same day. The package will then be transferred to the Postal services, which will deliver it via their Colissimo service. International shipping takes between 3 to 10 business days. Business Days: Monday to Friday, except holidays.
HOUSE OF ASE will not assume any liability for excessive delivery delay due to Postal services, as well as for the loss of the Products ordered or postal service strike. It is specified that transportation risks are borne by the Buyer. In case of late delivery, the Buyer shall report the delay, as soon as possible to HOUSE OF ASE’s customer service by e-mail, by visiting the Contact page of the Website: http://www.houseofase.com/en/contact/, or by mail: HOUSE OF ASE, 16 boulevard Saint-Germain 75237 Paris Cedex 05. HOUSE OF ASE will then approach the Postal services to launch an investigation. A mail investigation can be long. Moreover, it is specified that the ownership of the Products ordered will only be transferred to the Buyer upon complete payment of the invoiced price, shipping costs included.
Upon receiving the Products ordered, the Buyer shall verify the conformity of these products. Any anomaly concerning the delivery (missing or broken product, damaged package…) should be notified by the Buyer on the receipt presented to them by the Postal services at the time of delivery of the parcel and will have to be notified to the HOUSE OF ASE’s customer service by e-mail by visiting the Contact page of the Website: http://www.houseofase.com/en/contact/, or by mail: HOUSE OF ASE, 16 boulevard Saint-Germain 75237 Paris Cedex 05. Any claims made after 7 days will be rejected and HOUSE OF ASE will be released from all liability.
HOUSE OF ASE shall not be liable for any loss, shipment to a wrong address or delay in the delivery of a product, as the risks of transportation are borne by the Buyer.
Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Article L. 121-20 of the Consumer Code, you have a right of withdrawal that allows you to return the Products without any reasons or having to pay a penalty. However, if the return of the Products is not due to a fault or an error on the part of HOUSE OF ASE, the return costs will remain your responsibility.
You can exercise this right within 7 days from the reception of the Products.
If you wish to exercise this right of withdrawal, you must contact HOUSE OF ASE’s customer service in writing and return the Products at your expense, in a state which allows to sell them again (unopened and unused) to the address that will be given to you.
HOUSE OF ASE will proceed to a refund within 30 days of the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
